McGoogal, Wiggy escaped from her evil clutches, discovering in the process
that she possessed superpowers. Currently working as an intern for both General
T Brass and Chief Mockchop, Wiggy is in an ideal position to learn top-secret
information, using her superppwers to combat the evildoers.

World
famous movie star and general glamorous individual, Cathy is the recipient of
numerous awards for wonderfulness. Her secret remained hidden until her wig
made it's daring escape. Without the wig, Cathy reverts to her true, hideous
form and with the help of her evil minions, the Dippy Ninja Ducks, she is bent
on world domination. However, the only way she can achieve this, is by recovering
her lost wig at any cost.
Minions of the
evil Cathy, the Dippy's remained hidden for eons, deep within the sewers below
Big City until recently summoned in order to help search for Wiggy. Generally
quite stupid creatures.
Dippy Ninja Ducks
Beanstalk
Aquired
by Sergeant Full-Metal from a surprisingly resourceful Dippy Ninja Duck, by
trading Wiggy for some magic beans which grew overnight into the Beanstalk.
Beany is always hungry and is under the impression that he runs the Top Secret
Military Installation.
Llama
A
recent adddition to the Top Secret Military Base as a guard, Llama spends most
of her time terrorising the Beanstalk.
General T. Brass
In
charge of the Top Secret Military Installation, located somewhere obvious in
the centre of Big City. Never really sure what's going on.
Sergeant Full-Metal
Long
suffering aide to General T. Brass. Duties include feeding the Beanstalk and
trying to cover up the General's stupidity.
Chief Mockchop
Chief
of Big City Police Department, Mockchop spends most of his day drinking coffee
and being harassed. He is due to retire in two months and takes great pleasure
in constantly reminding everyone of this. WIgge has recently taken a second
job as his intern.
